Acreage: 20 acres of woods, gardens, cleared land and river, 50 ft. above the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River. 2,000 ft. riverfront with another 2,000 ft. held in common. Large duck pond. Many trails. Precious privacy.
Buildings: 12,500 square feet; 7,500 square feet of living space. House & Carriage House connected by the porte cochere. Lower Carriage House level has a 3-bay garage (out of sight). Upper floor is a large unfinished space suitable for an apartment, office or studio with its own private entrance, deck and garden views. Wiring & plumbing stubbed out nearby.

Water Well (@ 80 ft.); unlimited supply. Also city water. The 2 systems can be switched back and forth. Well water used 99% of the time. 5 HP pump; Aquavor computerized variable-speed regulator set @ 59-61 psi.
Electrical Lite-Touch. Some line voltage. Fiber optics.
Generator Generac back-up power for critical needs.

Neck, shoulder, lumbar & feet jets. Private guest entry to hot tub is through the Indian Tunnel and Rube Goldberg door, or the Loggia from the master bedroom for the owners.
